    When will it get here?

    Each set is packed after you order it, so give us 1–2 business days to get it out the door. It then ships with tracking and typically arrives in 6–18 business days depending on your location. Ordering for a specific date? Don't worry, it'll be under your tree before Christmas.

    How big is it, and how does it work?

    What if it arrives damaged?

    Send me a photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery and I'll remake it and ship a replacement free. You don't need to send the damaged one back. Lights are delicate and shipping is shipping — that's on me to fix, not you.

    How do I look after it?

    Wipe the strands with a dry or barely damp soft cloth — no sprays or harsh cleaners. Unplug before cleaning and let everything dry fully before you switch it back on. Coil the strands loosely when you pack them away and they will look brand new next December.
